I am an ideas person; seriously I come up with at least three new business concepts a day. I can’t (even though I wish I could) turn all my ideas into businesses.
So how do I work out if a business idea is feasible?
I ask myself the following questions:
Why do I want to do this business? Could I see myself doing this in 5 years time? Am I passionate about it?
What is the idea behind the business? Where did the idea come from?
Who would use my service, or buy my product? – Who is my customer? What is the customer persona?
